The alert that has been checked once does not disappear (cannot be marked as resolved).

Click on "Dashboard" in the upper global menu.
Hover over the alert icon of the target member.
When the tooltip appears, click on the magnifying glass icon of the target alert.
The dashboard modal screen for 1 hour will appear, so hover over the alert icon of the target.
Click on the toggle button when it appears.
